Krystle McGillivray / Administration 

Krystle McGillivray joined out team after administrative positions at both Toyota and Chrysler Canada as well as a managerial position at an auto body shop. Her extremely organized and outgoing personality and excellent understanding of the automotive and insurance claims industries, makes her the perfect choice for this position. Krystle is responsible for booking all patients for their assessments and treatments as well as for all insurer and legal correspondence on behalf of the patients. 

Krystle also takes patients through the screening and pre testing procedures which is when she gets to understand their symptoms, background and needs in order to best assist them with their future bookings. Many of our regular patients make a point to come early for their appointments just so they can catch a quick chat with Krystle before their treatments. Krystle really makes everyone feel comfortable and at home at our clinic and has played an integral role in creating the warm, friendly and caring environment that our clinic is known to have.
