"I work on the loading docks, which entails driving a fork lift and lifting pallets. About 9 months ago, I lifted a pallet and heard a pop. I had severe low back pain and numbness down my right leg. An MRI showed a bulging disk in my lower lumbar. The neurosurgeon said that I was a surgical candidate. I did not want to go under the knife and was referred to [use the back machine]. I have not missed a day of work due to my back, the numbness is gone from my right leg and at this time, I am about 95% pain free. You don't know how lucky
I am."

"About two years ago, I hurt my back at work. I couldn't even bend over to put my shoes on.
I [used the back machine} for about a month or so and have not had any back pain since."

"If it wasn't for [the back machine], I don't know where I would be today. I know wouldn't be working here because the low back pain just hurt too much. My job is to work in a lean cell, which means I have to be on my feet all day and moving. I had lifting restrictions for about
a month but other that that, I was able to do my job. My fear was having to live on pain medications. I continue to do my stretches everyday. I am so thankful."

When I first hurt my back, physical therapy didn't work so I was told surgery was my last option. I never got better and was out of work for five plus years. After finally returning to work, the back pain started to gradually get worse again. I started [using the back machine] the relief was almost immediate. I was able to return to my old job and have been great ever since. I am able to golf again!"
